1. Location: The two storey house is situated in Agatovo-wonderful village with about 400 inhabitants in the north-central part of Bulgaria, very close to the gorgeous Stara Planina mountain, 22 km. from the well-developed town of Sevlievo and 50 km from the old capital of Bulgaria - Veliko Tarnovo. The property is quite suitable for fishing trips /about 7 km. from one of the biggest dams in Bulgaria called Alexander Stamboliiski/, as well as for hunting. Moreover, the nature in this area, with its picturesque landscape and fresh air is really conducive to relaxation and recreation.
2. Plot of land: /two parcels / the first one - 1173 sq.m, with farm building that takes 52 sq.m. In the second parcel /1255 sq.m/, stands the house that spreads over 68 sq.m. Inside it consists of two rooms and an entrance hall on the 1st floor and an internal staircase is leading to corridor, closet and two rooms on the second flooor.
On the same parcel, just next to the house you will find another farm building with an area of 96 sq.m. A draw- well is also available.

The house is in a good condition and has all the facilities you need: electricity, running water available both in and outside, good communications; a food shop very close to the house. Тhe house has its own vegetable garden as well as a large garden (over 2428 sq.m.) - best place for rest and relaxation. The road leading to the property is asphalt so it is easy to reach even in winter.
