With-profits endowment
| Your monthly premiums are invested by the life assurance company in their with profits fund. The policy will have a basic Sum assured to which Bonuses are added , to build up a cash sum. This should be enough at the end of the Term to repay the Mortgage, assuming that the investment has performed at a rate equal to that assumed when the policy started. |
