Continuing on the A30 and heading for Penzance, follow the Penzance sign on a large roundabout onto the Hayle Bypass. Return to the A30 on the next roundabout. Following the Penzance sign continue for about 6 miles arriving at the roundabout sign posting the A394 to Helston/Falmouth on the left. Proceed to the roundabout indicating Leedstown on the left and Marazion on the right. Continue straight over the roundabout and passing Courtlands Home for the Edlerly, after a few hundred yards turn left into Chiverton Gate. Carry on this road (c.400 yds) and then take a sharp left into the drive of Bel-Y-Mar.

From Helston you will pass a Rosudgeon sign and turn right into Chiverton Gate (before Courtlands).
