First floor – this is reached via a straight stairs onto a galleried landing, which contains a built-in cupboard and window with front aspect.
All floors upstairs are carpeted throughout except the en-suite which has cork tiles.

Master bedroom – 15’x 10’6” (5.17m x 3.2m) has one window to the back of the property. There is a ceiling mounted 3 light fan cluster.
