i have for sale a 1930s detached house fully modernised 3 bed 2 with fitted robes , 1 bath with power shower ,dinning room and lounge oak panneld hall and stairs ,new carpets,new double glazing, new cavity wall /loft insulation house in good order ,gardens front and back all new 2 mtr high fencing , plus very large garage which is fully fitted out for restoring classic cars and has 2 car ramps ,and off road parking for 11/12 cars. i am in the prosses of obtaining planning to convert the workshop into a dtached 1/2 bedroom bungalow ,the planners have inspected the house and have indecated no problem , the sale will include full planning for this . i am moving abroad so everything is for sale including all eqipment , a quick sale would be preferd,valued at £295k plus 155k for bungalow "offers, the photoes show the house has white cement around the bricks this not so ,i am looking to sell sap so all offers will be considerdif the garage was finnished it could provid a rental income of around £600 per month or ideal for granny house ?or if you want an detached office/works at home regards peter
