Island Properties have made alterations to the sale particulars to reflect these changes.

Even after completion of the new works a Purchaser will still have other options in so much as the Vendor at this stage has decided not to fit out the new kitchen as a Purchaser may wish to retain the existing kitchen (as shown on the sale particulars) and to use the newly formed kitchen as a second bedroom within the Owner’s accommodation.
