Brookdale Cottage is a conversion of 3 smaller dwellings and so has lots of space to offer.
It is detached but not readily obvious and its first appearance does not embrace its true, spacious size.
Interestingly, the time is probably right to convert it back to 3 dwellings again given that first time buyers like cosy cottages.
Also, come September , there should be outline planning pomission for 1 house/bungalow on the lower garden which would facilitate access if Brookdale was converted back to 3 cottages.
To the side of the garden is an outbuilding which with some refurbishment would suit someone needing an office or workshop. It was previousley used by a self-employed technician.
