Villa for sale in Kampani, Akrotiri
1. Position of the property: The property is located in Kampani village at Akrotiri area, 12 Km away from Chania city, 7Km away from the Chania Airport and 15Km away from th Souda main port. The walls are overlapped with plaster made of lime, cement and sand. At the exterior walls the color is mixed with the plaster of lime ad cement. The top of the house is made by thermal insulated material as wood and special insulated roofing materials. All areas that are close to the earth have very strong insulation for water and heat. All colors that we have used are ecological. The windows are made by aluminum and the most of them are in dark colors. The floors are made by oak wood except the bathrooms which are made by ceramic tiles. Lofts are made by oak wood and steel and we have use them very clever to built spaces in Level B and C. There is central heating, solar collector, gas kitchen. All modern technologies used adjust the most stern directions for safety..
4. Garden: All land surfaces is utilized for gardening and biological cultivation with full automated irrigation method.
