Only 1 mile away are endless deserted beaches and the Saltfleetby and Theedlethorp nature reserve, a prime bird watching site, the home of Muntuak deer and many rare flora including orchids, 10 minutes away are the Donna Nook seal breeding grounds, everywhere is magical.

The historic market town of Louth is a 15 minute drive and the ancient Cathedral city of Lincoln is under an hour.
