The bedroom is 11’5 X 11’1 and comfortably holds a super king size bed with plenty of room to spare. There are fitted wardrobes, with sliding doors. And there is a fully tiled ensuite bathroon/shower/wc with a white suite.

The Garden is lovely. Two-tiered so that you can sit on the paved terrace and look down on the garden and the large pond. You get lovely views across Essex and you can watch the weather changing as well as the sunsets.

If it gets too hot you can walk around the corner to the patio area outside the kitchen where it is nice and shady. There is also a new, tailor-made shed.

The garden has been fully crazy-paved for low maintenance, but there are still plenty of areas for planting. There is a small pond at the back which is front of a fenced off area leading to a small, greenhouse.

The garden continues around the front of the house where there are a few shrubs.

There is parking for up to four cars, with a large and attractive carport by the side. The driveway has been paved with the car parking area laid with large pebbles.
