Buy a new home and cut your heating bills, we're glad we did! At only 10 years old this house is of solid construction and very well insulated so your heating bills are half what they are in an older house. We regret to have to sell this home and wish we could pick it up and move it but we are relocating after much consideration and the only thing keeping us in the area was our lovely home.

There will be no chain involved in this sale as we already have our next home and we can therefore exchange contracts very quickly. Most of the furniture can be left in the property at no extra cost and our estate agent/valuer stated that the house was 'stylish.' The natuzzi leather settees are only 2 years old and we will include them as part of the price of the property. The house price is negotiable but is already very reasonable given the location and type of property.

The house would suit a professional couple wanting easy access to the M62 and to the best schools locally. The third small bedroom is converted to a study but in such a way that only the worktop needs to be removed and a bed would then fit under the cabinets with a wardrobe at the side, we designed it to convert easily to either choice of use. The garage is very large and some have converted theirs to add on an extra living space big enough to be a granny flat or large bedroom for the kids. The drive takes 2 cars so if you don't use a garage that much, the extra space would make a sizeable 4 bed property which would then go up significantly in value.

If you have dogs there are plenty of open fields to walk them and just a short drive will take you to some wonderful countryside.

We are unfortunate to be trying to sell at a time when the housing market has slowed down but in better times these houses sell quickly.
