We're ideally situated on the attractive and highly regarded Swithland Lane in Rothley. "Maplecote" is described in the original (1919) sales brochure as one of 'a pair of houses'. Ok it's semi-detached, but not so that you'd notice!

We've loved the house and will be sad to move, but it's time to 'downsize' and let another family enjoy growing up here.
