Legal & Conveyancing

We provide a direct conveyancing service through our in-house firm, Premier Property Lawyers (PPL). PPL are regulated by the Council for Licenced Conveyancers and are one of the largest conveyancing firms in the country having completed over 10,000 cases in the first six months of 2011.

We also provide panel management for some of our estate agency and financial services introducers. This allows them to have a panel of lawyers, which may include PPL, to provide their conveyancing service. The choice of lawyer can be determined by their client, branch staff or by our panel management team. This decision can be based on a number of factors including price, service levels and location.

For lenders we have a range of conveyancing, panel management and fraud risk reduction services including separate representation. These services are tailored to the specific needs of lenders and are fully supported by a team with extensive experience from within lender organisations.
