Have been meaning to e-mail to say a big thank you!
I removed my property from your website today as it sold last week. We sold to the first person that viewed, in the first week after advertising it on your website, accepting an offer very near the asking price – which means that we have saved ourselves around £12 000 in agents commission!. We put the house on the website in early Jan, accepted an offer on the 20th Jan and completed last week. The transaction ran very smoothly as we were dealing with our buyers direct and not going through a third party i.e. Estate Agent, and I would never use an agent again. I have recommended the site to everyone.
Whilst the sale progressed, I had regular e-mail and telephone enquiries, and made a list of at least 30 people who sounded really disappointed that they were unable to view as we had already accepted an offer. Our buyers were so keen not to lose our house that they put down a non-returnable deposit, and we therefore agreed not to show the house to anyone else, unless the sale collapsed. It didn’t collapse, just jogged along as these things do and we completed on the 9th May.

I'm delighted to say we have recently completed on our house sale after advertising on MPFS. We had our first viewing only 3 days after placing the ad on the website, and this was converted into an offer a week later. Sadly the chain collapsed, but after re-running the ad on MPFS we had another offer within 10 days, and this turned into a successful completed sale only 5 weeks later. We didn't even need to put the "For Sale" board up. The sale was no more troublesome than it would have been via an estate agent, and we saved a massive £6200 in fees. Using the website was simple and very effective, and I can thoroughly recommend it.

I originally got an estate agent round to value my bungalow that I wanted to sell, I had in mind a price of £350,000, the estate agent told me that it was not a good time for selling at the moment and told me to put my property on the market for £295,000, I was not happy with this price as properties in the area that were smaller had sold for £320000ish, I placed my advert on your site with a price of £349950, I SOLD it for the asking price!
I will never ever use an estate agent again, they could have cost me £50,000 plus the fees (£6000)
