Alpine country house at a very sunny and quiet location in Flachau. The slopes of the skiing area Ski Amade are at 2km from the house. The skibus stops near the house and takes only a few minutes to get to the ski lift. All facilities like shops, restaurants, ski school, bank, etc are available. As Flachau is located close to the Motorway it is within easy reach of the airport (Salzburg) and of other villages or even the italian coast (only 3.5hrs drive). There is a swimming lake at 200m from the house. Several golf courses are in the surroundings of Flachau: Radstadt, St Michael im Lungau, Goldegg and Gastein.

This alpine country house was built in 1986. High quality materials were used: wooden window fences, wooden doors, nice wooden floorings and keramic tiles. The house breaths an alpine atmosphere due to all wooden details and the traditional austrian stove (Kachelofen). There is a wine cellar with sitting room and there is a sauna. The garden is very sunny and has a roofed terrace with open fire place.

Layout: Basement: wine cellar, sitting room, storage. Ground floor: entrance, large living room with entrance to the terrace and the garden, kitchen, toilet, bedroom. 1st Floor: hall, 3 bedroooms all with access to the balcony and 1 with a walk-in wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, sauna, 5th bedrooms that could also be uses as a working area. There is a double garage with the house.
