Property Ownership
By registering a property on the website you are confirming that you are either the legal owner to the property detailed, or are an authorised representative of the legal owner.

Contract
It is the Vendor's responsibility to sign and post/email the Contract Acceptance Form within 24 hours, in the absence of receiving same within 3 days, My Property For Sale also consider this to convey Contract Acceptance".

Copyright
You are granting permission for the property particulars that we have written and photos we have taken to be used on this, and other, websites in relation to advertising your property.

Customer Satisfaction
Should for any reason you are not satisfied with our service you are entitled to a 7 day money back guarantee as long as we have not visited your property, if we have visited the property we are unable to issue a refund.

Term of Advert
The maximum duration of your advert is the life of this website. All other websites listed in our marketing package have a duration of 365 days. If you have purchased our Fast Sale package the duration is for 6 weeks (42 days) unless more weeks are purchased. The site owners reserve the right to suspend your advert if we believe the property has been sold or taken off the market.

Editorial Control
The site owners reserve the right to edit and/or remove the content or material of your advert at anytime and without notice. Such changes will usually be limited to situations where the advert is believed to be misleading, inappropriate, or contains a genuine mistake (including, but not limited to typographical errors).

Communication
Communication with you regarding your advert will be done predominantly via email using the address used to create your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address and mobile number are correct, up to date and monitored for the duration of your advert, this can be changed at anytime by logging in to your account.

Website operations
My Property For Sale operate the website on a secure dedicated server, which has a 99.9% run time, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that may temporarily occur through the hosting of the website, for example a power cut, server failure etc.

Temporary Suspension
Should we receive calls from potential viewers of your property that you have not made contact with them to arrange a viewing within 24 hours, we have the right to suspend your advert until you make contact with us, you will lose no marketing time if suspension does take place.
